Age is no issue for FOLK2FOLK when it comes to customers and it’s no different for our staff!

We are especially proud of our HR Manager, Fiona MacInnes, who at 61 recently competed in The World Pilot Gig Championships in the Isles of Scilly over the May bank holiday. Fiona was the oldest woman in her gig rowing boat and one of the oldest in the race. With 116 ladies boats in the race there was stiff competition over several races of varying distance. Over the longest distance of 3km, between St Agnes and St Marys, Fiona’s boat came 14th out of 116, finally completing 26th out of 116 at the end of the competition. 

Fiona embodies our belief that it’s not about age, it’s about attitude!
