Who can invest with us
To invest, you must:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Be solely UK tax resident
- Have a UK bank or building society account
- Have the minimum investment amount (£20,000 for individuals; £250,000 for businesses, institutions, trusts or charities)
- Understand and accept the risks involved
You can invest as a:
- An Individual
- A business (Limited Company, Partnership or LLP)
- A family office
- An institution
- A pension fund
- A trust or charity

After you register
What happens next
Once you’re registration is approved, you’ll receive login details for your Investor Portal. From there, you can:
- Browse available opportunities
- Set up bank details
- Monitor income and repayments
- Access your interest statements
