4. AML & ID verification
We run Anti-Money-Laundering and Identity checks on individuals and, for business investors, on directors and beneficial owners with greater than 25% shareholding. (If you’re a Sole Trader Investor investing from £20 k, we apply the same streamlined checks we use for individuals.)
5. Account activation
Once approved, you’ll see your personal dashboard. From here you can browse live opportunities,
6. Browse and choose investments
Each opportunity page shows the borrower’s business purpose, fixed interest rate, term, loan-to-value % (LTV), and details of the property or land offered as security. You can invest from £20k (individuals and small businesses) or £250k (larger companies, trusts, charities and other corporate investors).

Interest is paid monthly, in arrears, directly into your nominated UK bank account. We do not deduct any platform or account fees. Your capital is repaid at the end of the loan term unless the borrower redeems early.

8. Ongoing monitoring
Download interest statements and see details of your current investments in your dashboard. Our Investor team is available by phone and email if you prefer human contact.
9. Early exit (optional)
If your plans change you can offer your investment for sale on our Secondary Market. A one-off £250 listing fee applies and a sale is not guaranteed. So far we’ve achieved 100% liquidity for investors selling via the secondary market but past performance should not be relied on for future trend. Historically time to sell has ranged from hours to several weeks.

10. Repayment and next steps
At term end, the borrower repays capital and your investment closes. Many investors choose to reinvest their funds into new opportunities to keep monthly income flowing.
