The Telegraph recently reported that a new development in Woolacombe is putting North Devon on the map and giving Cornwall’s Rock a run for its money! Robert and Sheila used their FOLK2FOLK loan to create luxury apartments with a wellness suite and high-end restaurant overlooking the seafront.
