Claire is an experienced operations leader with over 20 years of expertise in regulated financial services. As Head of Operations at FOLK2FOLK, she oversees the operational delivery for both borrower and investor customers, ensuring service excellence, continuous improvement, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Before joining FOLK2FOLK, Claire spent over 16 years with GE Money, where she held senior leadership roles across customer service, collections, and quality assurance. During her time there, she spearheaded operational change initiatives, improved customer outcomes, and led award-winning health and wellbeing programmes.
A champion of operational efficiency and regulatory compliance, Claire holds professional qualifications including CeMAP and a City & Guilds Diploma in Debt Collection. She also serves as FOLK2FOLK’s Data Protection Officer and is a member of the Credit Committee Quorum.
Based in Cornwall, Claire is passionate about driving high-performing teams and outstanding customer experience.
