Tracey is an experienced commercial finance professional with a strong background in business banking, commercial broking, and stakeholder management. With a career spanning more than 30 years, including 18 years at Barclays Bank, she brings deep knowledge of lending, customer service, and the financial needs of UK SMEs.
Before joining FOLK2FOLK, Tracey spent over six years as a Senior Business Manager at a directly authorised commercial brokerage, where she sourced and structured a wide range of lending deals for property investors, developers, and businesses—from small enterprises to large corporates. Her role included assessing borrower needs, analysing financial data, and identifying the right lender match, all while maintaining high standards of customer experience and compliance.
Tracey is CeMAP qualified and combines financial acumen with a warm, approachable style. She works closely with broker partners to understand their clients’ needs and provide tailored lending solutions, and is known for her proactive approach, organisational strength, and dedication to quality.
