Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

• By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
• The prize draw is being run by FOLK2FOLK Ltd.

Eligibility to enter

• The prize draw is only open to FOLK2FOLK’s Broker contacts who have been invited to participate via email from FOLK2FOLK.
• A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
• To be eligible to be entered into the prize draw, survey entries must be completed in full and with genuine feedback to FOLK2FOLK’s satisfaction.

The draw

• The survey will close at 17:00 on Friday 6th March 2026. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw, unless FOLK2FOLK decides to extend the deadline for the survey, in which case it will communicate the deadline extension to all those invited to participate.
• The draw will occur during the week commencing 9th March 2026 with two winners selected at random.
• FOLKF2FOLK does not accept responsibility if the contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prize

• There will be two winners. The prize will be one of two £200 Amazon vouchers.
• FOLK2FOLK’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
• We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
• FOLK2FOLK’s decision regarding all and any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

• The winner will be notified via the email address provided during the survey, within 24hrs of the draw.

Receipt of the prize

• Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

Data protection and publicity

• You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by FOLK2FOLK for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
• FOLK2FOLK does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty or expiry date of the prize are that of the prize winner.

General

• FOLK2FOLK reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
